Try a hard reset and then install social again using the file from here.

yeahhh...try with hard reset and reinstall it via SW update...

but all your data will wipe out once you doing hard reset...

Ya don't forget you'll loose all the data from C drive if you do a hard reset.

Maybe not the problem, but...

Make sure you allow all social related apps auto start with phone boot. That was a prob for me in the past
