How to add mods after flashing?

Hello community!
I have flashed my phone with Awakening Blue CFW which has pretty nice Mods... But I remember having some mods I liked and used before flashing and of course I would like to use them again but I can't seem to find a way to install/change those in my phone now... How is it done or is there certain mods I can only use? Thanks!

You can either flash back to your old firmware or find those mods and open up your current firmware add them and flash it.
