help create subfolders in mainmenu -by iExtraX7

hi guys i just try the search but could not find create subfolders in mainmenu
  -by iExtraX7 i had a look in the mod pages but still could not find it. if anyone has this mod please could you upload it to the site or if its on the site and i missed it could you please give me the link many thanks in advance for your time and help

here you go , i have attached the mod ,
drop file in rofs2/rofs3.
By the way its grid size is : 3x4 (default )


also ,

if you want 4x5 grid mod, i guess its present here in forum in modding section  here :
