Hi.

I do not know if this is already somewhere else; if it is, please tell me.

But here is the question:

I have an old Nokia C6-01 on which I have installed Gmail v. 2.0.6.1269. It works normally.
Yesterday I got a Nokia 603 and wanted to install Gmail on that Symbian phone. My idea was to switch to the 603 altogether and abandon my old phone.

As the app is no longer on Gmail site, I downloaded it from here:

Installation went ok, but when I tried to access the mail for the 1st time it said "program needs working internet connection" etc. Apparently Google does not allow new registrations for Gmail 2.0.6.

But I already have it on my C6-01, and it works. So my question is: Is it technically possible to copy that working widget from my old phone to my new phone so that I would have a working version of the gmail app on my Nokia 603?

I do not even know where to start, tried to find where the actual installed file is on my C6-01 but could not find.

Can anybody help?
