like all the users that reported the same problem that i found using google, I also didnt know how my phone fixes itself. I just wake up one morning and it's not hot anymore. since then battery life is amazing.

please note that the skydrive and battery monitoring processes would eat loads of battery, so it'd be wise to remove whatever you don't need. I've removed store, maps and office apps. Battery backup is now as good as it was in Anna.

Xplore is the best by far, though my 808 has never had any battery issues.
