Option For Symbian^3 Devices

Hi Guys I have made a Publisher account in Ovi and I want to upload .sis Stuffs For Symbian^3 devices like N8,C7 etc......But when I click on New Content many Options Come across......So please tell me which option to slect and what are the use of other options

Select which type of application that you need to publish at store.

Later if your app passes QA ,  app will be published at store within a week.

it appears on publisher account, and a mail to mail id
