unable to install .wgz file into symbian devices

I am new to Symbian web application while install the .wgz file into the device i am getting feature not support message, i have created my self only using Nokia WDE tool 1.2 for symbian, tried many devices like S60 5th edition nokia C5-05 , 5320. could not able to deploy the file into device also. please any one help me out. Here with attached my .wgz file also.
Under the deployment settings could not able find the device list in the drop down list.

The deployment settings never show devices, they all should support the same package, I'll have a look at it for you.

Hi ,
Page navigation is not working for local .html file it is working for http://xxx.com web address, for example i have used widget.openurl("http://www.google.com") means it is working fine but widget.openurl("\wrt\welcome.html") means it will not work. This welcome.html file has located with the .wgz file. Please help me out.
