Resource Editor for Symbian

It can be used to edit .rsc files of symbian applications. It is also used to edit language specific resource files
Example
You can edit .r01 files with this tool.
.r01 is a standard application file for storing the app dialogues texts in English | 01 = English language code

I can't display Chinese characters correctly in ResEdit 2.2.
I tried using Unicode or Chinese encoding... but still no luck.
I tried using Arial Unicode as font... again no luck.
I installed language support for Asian characters and tried using Chinese fonts... nothing.

Does anyone know a solution?
