Themes shortcut

Hello guys, does any of you know or know someone who can make a dedicated Themes Shortcut as we used to have on Symbian 3 or Anna? For Belle Nokia took it out, I think it would be great if we could have it back, since I don't like going into settings then themes then General just to have my Theme change... ;)

Its called "Enable hidden Menu icons.rar"  .. google that files name

I have downloaded already, but I still don't know what folder do I need to extract it to?
