qooTrack is coming

Hi folks,

qooApps is just releasing the next project called qooTrack.
Just an app that records a track as GPX, show actual speed/distance/time - also within a widget and show the position in the map.

Actually this app is gone to certification, so it will be available soon....

yeah this is our gps project - we're working on for the past half year!
And it is QT C++ ;)

Unfortunately our web hoster had a black out and our webpage is mostly offline. So certification stopped - a working website for help is essentially needed. :(
But we hope our webhoster will fix the problems soon...

Well maybe we could help hosting you're site until you're usual host sorts themselves out ?

We can set you a temp .symbian-developers.net sub domain if you want ?

Thanks for your helping hand, but we found the problem: Someone has maybe hacked our site and placed some dirty files to our webspace. Our webhoster blocked this content, so no website was visible. But now we cleaned our pages, changed password and restarted certfication process for qooTrack.

The same kind of issue happened to us, someone uploaded some malware from somewhere on the forum.
Lucky we found it before any harm could be done.

Absolut.
But NOKIA did not developed to use the offline maps from phone, they only support online maps.

What you saying :O Seems you haven't used Nokia Maps. They are 100% offline to use. Totally GPS dependent  :)
