The Nokia Suite update for that app actually recommended NOT doing it. Try a 3-finger salute (menu + volume down + camera held down, turn on the phone while holding those down and continue to hold them until the Nokia Connecting People sequence plays, then release them). If that does not work, you will have to flash it in Phoenix using the "dead phone flashing" method.
