Need this icons folders please help

Wath is this theme with this icons folders?:

And where can i find this theme? I whant to have this incons folders in the aplication "multimenu"... please help  :-[

Thats just...Matrix menu...

Because of Theme it looks like that.

I cant find That Theme now...:(
