Message stores in outbox when SMS sent from Belle

Hi, i use nokia N8 with belle installed, when i try to send SMS from my phone most of the messages wil sit in outbox with message as "resend after some time", i need to manually select send again to send the message again.
i initially taut that this is the problem of my sim/network, so i changed both SIM and Network, but this did not help me, i reinstalled the OS, still problem exists!!!
I found same problem with my friends phone Nokia C6 with same belle OS.
i did not have this problem when i was on ANNA.
Is there any solution for this???

Check your message center settings.
I have Message center in use as : "SIM message center"
In Reply with same centre option : Select "No"

What is your service provider? Airtel?

certainly not a problem with the mobile. Its a problem wit the provider i guess :/

Call the service provider. They can guide you the settings related to the messages in your phone. At least Airtel is very good in providing all the related configurations.

It surely is not a problem with your mobile. It is to do with your configuration only. I had faced this problem earlier and Airtel managed to sort this out in just one call.
