I cant start up my 701

Hi, I cant start up my Nokia 701. When I push button for starting phone there is first come black screen with Nokia sign, and after that some dots  and than is phone, I think restart, and then again come sign and again dots in circles...

Before that I try to hard reset phone with *#7370# code and after that phone is start his circles..

Is there any way to I install new Firmware. If I use USB phone is start to make circles with sign and dots, and only way to shut it down is to use battery. Sorry for bad English.

Try pressing the keys in the following order to hard reset.. Volume down key + Camera key + Menu button + Power On button(for more than 8 seconds)..  This should work for you.. Your phone should turn on and it will clear all your phone memory..Good luck.                                                                             

If you are not succeeded with this.., no other way.. Take your phone to the nearest Nokia care center..

You can flash your phone using Phoenix :)
