how to get the Microsoft Apps update to my Belle?

Hey folks,

This is weird, but around 2 weeks back when nokia released the Maps and Microsoft update, i got these updates but my Nokia Suite wasnt able to install it. just says "some thing is wrong ... ", i did an OTA update, now, only nokia maps update is installed and did  not get microsoft apps, although the microsoft update was downloaded, just when it was about to install, it gave a message saying "something is wrong.. try again later".. after that belle feature pack 1 was released, i updated my phone through OTA.

now it seems i cant get Microsoft apps because it just doesnt show up on "software update" .. how do i get this update?

i am not able to get the "reinstall" option in the update of nokia suite?
i need to reinstall the firmware of my belle.. since there is no reinstall option how do i do it guys?
