Try to hard reset but your data will be deleted from C and E drive go in setting/phone/phone management/factory setting and then chose delete not restore........ :P

try a soft reset by going into setting>phone>phone management>factory reset>restore.. tht will not erase ur data.. and if not open than also than download newest ovi from betalabs
