flash Belle N8 111.040.1511 problem

I tried to flash my N8 Belle to the new version: 111.040.1511, but it pop up this message as picture below, I tried did as what it said, still always come up this message, don't know what's wrong. any idea? Thanks

do dead flashing. Btw are you flashing from 0609 belle to 1511 version?

yeah i try to flash it from 0609 to 1511.

but my phone still can work? still need to do dead flashing? if i do, would that erase all my datas in memory?

only c drive memory wil be erased. Your memory card wil not be erased.

but I just found the Dead phone optione is blur - ie can't choose it :(
