(Help!!!)Nokia E6 Belle Refresh

Good Evening Everybody,
I've a problem with my Nokia E6, after updating it with Symbian Refresh. The cell is now very slow and i can't send sms. when i try to enter in settings cell is not responding at all!
Can anyone help me??? what i've to do?
