1) Download Phoenix Lastest Software. Here

2) Download Scandinavian FW Files RM-596 version 11.005

3) Take Backup of Your Contacts, Messages, Calender Enteries & Notes. Please Do not take Backup of Setting.
    *A] Use Nokia Suite for backup
      B] Use in-built Backup option of Phone.

4) After 3rd step Hard-Reset your phone with 3 key method by Holding Menu+Volume Down+Camera key until Nokia Screen Appears or *#7370#. by this All data of Phone Memory & Mass Memory will get deleted.

5) Extract Files of Scanvidia FW or V11.005 to C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-596

6) Open Phoenix Softwarem then follow steps:

   A]File

   B]Open Product
        
   C]RM-596 (Search or It may be the only one)

   D]Click OK

   E]Now Click "Flashing" [on Top Menu]

   F]Click "Firmware Update"
   
   G]Press "Product Code" click Scandinavian dg
   
   H]Press OK

   I]Check Mark ON of "Dead Phone USB Flashing"

   J]Press Option

   I]Delete RED Highlighted File. i.e. emmc file [if any present]
   
   K]Click OK

7) Switch Off your handset.

8] Connect your data cable to your PC/Laptop. but not to your phone.

9) Press "Refurbish" option

10) dialouge box will open. just insert data cable in your phone.
   
11) "Slightly" press Power Button of Handset until Phoenix procedure starts. Click OK of dialouge box.

12) till then download other phone FWs or CFWs.

Enjoy Downgrading your phone.


***Note

If You don't want to use buggy phone, always remember

*Never take backup & restoring of SETTING in your phone.
*Do Hard-Reset your phone before Upgrading & Downgrading Phone.
