Change text on red boxes to E:\Resource\fonts, that's why i use E:\, incase of font incompatibilities or something, can re-change fonts easely.
dont forget to place your set of fonts (nosnr60.ttf, nssb60.ttf, nstsb60.ttf, S60SC_C.ttf,S60TCHK_C.ttf, and S60ZDIGI.ttf) on E:\resource\fonts
How to do this?? which file to open in notepad? when i open my desired fonts file then nothing appears like this...screenshot attached. please help

somethings weird happen in changing font in my n8 im using dot matrix manually put to c/resource/fonts but now i will not be able to replace it, those two methods wont work in mine only fontzoomer can change my font but when i reset to default it goes back to dotmatrix font not the original...  >:(

How to do this?? which file to open in notepad? when i open my desired fonts file then nothing appears like this...screenshot attached. please help

first backup to e drive of ifonts folder
then copy to ur pc and open with wordpad.... u'll fond as below

"targetdirectory=z:\resources\fonts" change z to e
otherline below this would b same change it also and save.
do the same for other two file. send it to ur phone and copy to C:/private/10003a16/lfonts

this would work. if not..other option is...
open x-plore>go to C:/private/10003a16/lfonts  (note: no backgrnd app should running)
select *.ltt file>file>edit (hex edit)
u will find alphabates at right in new window
scroll down slowly & carefully.. may b u got blank though scroll down
there would be "targetdirectory=z:\resources\fonts" , select letter z by double click
editor will open, write e only once between ** (e letter would disapper..don't worry)
in hex editor it'll show "e" inplace of "z"
The same thing do for other line. total two line for changing
Save it.exit and same exercise for other two files.
copt these three files to C:/private/10003a16/lfonts

and copy your font file folder (19 renamed fonts) to r e:\resources\fonts (if require create fonts folder)

restart phone.surely it'll work

good morning guys. I have seriously need a step by step guide like a note to be able to change my fonts too. From what have read, it looks like the resource method is the best but i have no idea how to start that. I will be greatfull if such a guide is provided. Thanx in advance. .

Thanks brother - this one worked without any issues for me. To play it extra safe with incompatibility issues, keep the default arial, arialbd, georgia, georgiabd, times, timesbd and verdanabd.ttf's and just replace the core S60 fonts and verdana. Those are the UI fonts that you want to see changed, so just change those ones only.
