(MOD) Remove USB popups by iChris701

Mod removes these  annoying popups from usb menu.
Copy to rofsx/sys/bin.
Mod added for fp2 and belle refresh.
Ps, afaik nothing is broken.

You have to flash, mate. It doesn't work from C (with and without c2z).
