Nokia Belle Custom Firmware Xeon 3.2

dear admim team,
when i performed hard reset before flashing my N8 for upgrading it from xeon 3.1EN to 3.2EN, there seen a big issue about connecting to nokia suite. phone can not be connected to nokia suite after hard reseting (*#7370#) even restarting computer and phone several times.
i couldn't do anything with a phoenix alone...now i'm burning here..plz plz plz help me fast

did you try flashing in dead mode?

without scanning products there is no firmware update options on flashing

Try downgrading and then flashing with Xeon 3.2.

hi ,
i am updating Nokia 500 Frame-ware using Nokia phoenix and by mistake i am disconnect phone USB when updating phone i am attached again but now my phone is not working , then i am updating phone again but not working in Nokia phoenix some Errors are coming....

1) "Flashing started
Creating product data items list
Product data items list created
Backup not required
Starting to recover the phone
Recovering phone
Initializing" 

2) The flashing failed. Do you want to retry the flashing?

HRESULT 0x8421001e (-2078212066)

Firmware: No connection to phone. Cannot start mode change for phone mode before flashing.

Now How i can solve this Problem. :(
