Why People use online installer(consume data pack)...when offline app is easy to install??

huellif is trying to get a developer status with Nokia before they pull the plug. To do this, he has to have a download count and positive review status in the Nokia Store.
He has posted the app on the forums, too, because he knows Nokia Store is horrible and he wants to make sure we all get the app one way or another.
If you can, use WiFi to get the app on Nokia Store so you can help him out, too  :)

because people ons s60v5 or S^3 don't have Qt preinstalled.

This is about a Qt issue? They still have Nokia Store, though, don't they?
i thought it was about earning a spot in Nokia's preferred developers.

i thought he wanted us to download via Nokia Store because it had something to do with quotas or ratings. i had no idea of installation issues, mate.

So Qt app in Nokia Store need smartinstaller, a little tool which does download and install latest Qt packages.

itt mean when any app Installer show pop up like
"Download Required 256kb(Dont knw correct value)"
den app is asking for Download Qt...
