I am getting this thing while installing phoenix(as shown in the image) and it is also asking for Nokia dongle and try again.. What is that nokia dongle and if anyone dont mind can you explain me the procedure to install phoenix..???

Try disabling your antivirus while installing phoenix as it will remove some files while it's being installed which results in the nokia dongle error.

anyone tell me how i re install my memory card contains using phoenix... i lost my memory card game, theme, apps, ringtone, videos and other original contains which is provided by Nokia. i download all the contains of my memory card data RM-702 Nokia C2-06 (436MB data) but when i Refurbish my phone dose not recover my memory card original apps and games... nothing is back on my memory card. memory card is empty so how can i recover...
