PLZ Help me My 500 is dead bt when i press refurbish
its showing........................error

After Tick Dead Use Flashing... Go to option... and Delete the Red file from there.. and do Refurbish.... then this error will not appear again....

when i click the three (3) dots
its appear
" NEITHER DP1.0 NOR DP2.0 WAS FOUND FOR THE PRODUCT OR THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE IDENTIFIED"
plz help me...

hi my name is jey
I am using nokia e6-00 todya i updated my sybian anna to bell with nokia software updater, later i realised that symbian is better than belle, i googled to downgrade my phone belle to anna. I got some blogs to downgrade the phone software. i followed to same steps which you also  mentioned in this blog, after flashing my phone is dead. now its in dead condition, i downloaded rm-609 firmware with navi firm and flashed with phoenix 2001 software no results. pls help me my phone just 6 months old. i think now i could not get nokia warranty also. now you are only my hope.
