Porting back from Rm-601 to Rm-718

Plz help me friends..i am stuck in in a problem..
original firmware version of mine was rm-718
but for modding i installed rm-601 variant and now i m stuck to this..i tried a lot but rm-718 is not getting fleshed to my phone successfully..
asa soon as the flashing finishes it checks for the APSI CHECKING FOR COMMUNICATION TO DEVICE..and here comes the problem..a countdown starts from 25..24..23..and at last it says COMMUNICATION VERIFICATION FAILED PLZ RESTART THE DEVICE..
plz help me i want to install rm-718 variant back to my phone..its a company warranty issue..plz help me
