It's impossible. Maybe with hardware and tucson login, but not for us.
Even Nokia does only refurbish phones with lost security codes.

You should bring it to Nokia Care Centre. They know master security code to unlock it. But don't forget to take your purchase proof of phone and your ID with you ;) :D
