Need assistance

I am using Nokia 700 fp2. Sometimes even when the phone locks display doesn't turn off. It turns out to be on even after hours. If i restart it also the problem persists. I usually switch off the phone for atleast half an hour and the switch it on to solve the problem. Even i tried restoring the phone.

Even my 808 does that, only really happens if I force reboot it though.
No idea what causes it :/
