no though symbian os allows You to only open links through default web browser. And this is major drawback. :(

You can set opera mobile as default! but not opera mini

Okay, To get Opera Mobile as default browser
copy to c:\sys\bin and reboot
then try. it will open Opera 11 with 0x2002aa96 uid
and then write where this mod working and where not
