re install? No redownload it and try flashing again. I already linked you to power belle cfw

I tried downgrading N8 from Belle 111.040.0904 aminkingv9 to scandinavian dg 11.5:

Hello,

My Nokia N8 is dead, i am trying to flash the phone. But i am not able to install Pheonix in my laptop. Could somebody please help me out to fix this issue? (I wanted to know if my laptop is not supporting the pheonix app to be installed or issue with the pheonix app)

My Laptop's configuration:-

- Windows 7 Home Premium
- 64 bit OS

Restarted and reinstalled NokiaSuie and Phoenix(and FLS!?) and it worked. driver problems i guess.

if you've installed any antivirus make sure you disable them while installling phoenix as it deletes some files while installing them.
