This 1. one came up when i need to clean the C drive of my N8 from duplicate files from Z/E drive that is not in use. The second came when i have 2-5 (broken) installations that i dont see in App manager and cannot reinstall... If there is an app that ask for sis/sisx package so it can find files in system and remove them for enabling re-installation...

Well sis packages aren't backed  up in their original name, they have a sort of point to directory backup somewhere in the private folder, there names are full of random numbers and letters.

Unless you are willing to torch your drives with a good old 'three-finger' hard reset, you will have to go through the SIS registry in C:\sys\install\sisregistry\ and open the UID\00000000_0000.ctl files with a hex viewer to see what UIDs belong to which apps.

Do you have a task manager, like BestTaskMan installed? Does it show the broken apps?
If so, that should make cleaning your registry easier.
Also, after you delete the registry entries you will have to delete C:\private\10003a3f\AppsListCache\AppList.bin and reboot your phone (hold power until the phone vibrates 3 times, then wait a few seconds and power it back on).
