Need help for theme modification

Hello Friends,

I'm very new to symbian developers.I'm using Nokia 808 Pureview.I just love themes created by Blade, Adelino and others.I wish to create my own themes.I have Carbid UI software.I  want to extract elements (Like background) from existing theme(.sis).is it possible to do that?Kindly provide me steps and required tools(Links if possible)
