Well if you hack your mobile you can make a lot of changes and improve it's performance. Btw it also helps you to install all the apps, themes and games without any issues.

Ya, It's absolutely safe, no need to worry about hacking  :D. Just follow the steps in this tutorial it will help you hacking your mobile.
