ok try hard reset by pressing power camera volume down and Call at the same time for 10 to 15 seconds

again trying hacking with this method, after installation of norton, no response from phone, removed battery nw phone getting stuck in bootloop :'(

there's a tutorial of flashing here. Look out for info on phoenix and navifirm. Also download all required files Then flash  all you need http://sdf.allstarsoftware.co.uk/phone-flashing-softwares-and-firmware-downloaders/

just curious...

i have installed netqin, so installing norton will make any error??? and why im not able to hard reset my phone?? (monday tomorrow nokia care will be closed in my ares :( have to flash at home..but scared )
