I don't play games mate. I just have 2 to 3 games only. So, no idea of it. May be try installing remote desktop app from store.

For all guys here: Learn a good thing! If you hard reset, your phone is not doomed :). I tried one week to get a fix for the "all missing apps" after hard-reset and nobody could provide the good thing i needed. To have a phone like out of the box. After some time i found the answer by my self and is quite simple:). Simply reinstall firmware with Phoenix, that's it:).  After installing phoenix in your pc and if you already have tried to install your firmware several times with nokia suite then enter: C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Nokia Suite\NOSSU2\variants\Products copy the folder with your RM in phoenix folder: C:/program files/nokia/phoenix/products/ (this is in windows 7, i don't know in other versions of windows) If you don't have this files, just download your firmware with your exact product code with NAvifirm. Now open phoenix wait to load, plug the phone in usb and hit refurbish. Yep, hura, all the apps are back, all the factory settings are back, everything will be like out of the box. For people who don't know how to use phoenix search on google: "how to flash with phoenix". You can ignore the custom firmwares if you want to install the official one. Just use their guide and everything will be super. I'm not scared of hard-resetting anymore. WARNING: i didn't tried this trick on bb5 devices (5230, 5800, 5233, etc.) all i know is that this devices can be flashed with J.A.F. Have a happy day:P

site name removed as it contains warez stuffs

I agree with your point that flashing once again will solve it, but not every one has a pc to do it(you can add me also in that case, i used to go to a cafe to do it or my friend's home to do it) and also we have a tutorial in our forum on how to do a flash and that too with well explained step step up pics, but still some of the users don't follow them and end up messing. Regarding the hard reset we also got a tutorial on how to restore the store. We users need first to first give a search and then post their query. and sorry that non one didn't provided you help coz we don't have must active users on our forum some user only come to download stuffs and nothing else :(. Btw no hard feelings about ur comment.. ;)

No problem, i know what you mean. Just that i'm quite shore that people don't know that if you install your firmware with phoenix, not with nokia suite (cause with nokia suite you don't get your missing apps back) you will have your phone like out of the box. For example. When i first installed belle refresh, i had no new apps. Even though, nokia claimed that for n8 there are some new apps for photo editing. I hard reset the phone and reinstalled the firmware with nokia suite and got a bigger problem. The standard apps that we're in the phone, didn't installed at all (photo/video editor, store, maps, quick office adobe, and there we're some other missing and could'nt find a proper installer for them:). I tried to reinstall 4 times with no succes. After that i thought about phoenix and custom firmwares and give it a go with official ones. And this was a success:), i now have colorize it and also all the apps that we're missing, and all the original wallpapers, etc. So i'm not scared anymore of hard-resetting. Ok, when you have no pc, it's a big problem... i don't have a solution to that:)

Ok, maybe my searches we're not good and i missed something. But believe me, i search maybe more then a week on how to recover my apps, and all i could find we're some installers that weren't properly done, and also allot of files to copy in c: Allot of work for something everyone could feel is not the real solution to the matter. One thing is to have them all properly installed by the firmware and other is to force them to install into C drive. Simple... they didn't work as they should. And this thing i said with phoenix i didn't find. But if you say there is a tutorial with this... ok, maybe i didn't search the right place for that week:)).
