How to hack Nokia Pureview 808 without flashing

Hello!
Trying to install some themes on my new Nokia but I can't do that since the phone is not hacked.
Please, do someone hav an idea on how to hack the phone without flashing. Or maybe I don't need to hack my phone to install themes and widgets??
