Edit Series60Skin
« on: September 22, 2012, 04:09:03 am »
Hi,

I have a problem. If i replace a Entry in the Series60Skin with SISContents and put it to the CFW, then phone is bricked after the flash. But if i only delete a entry, then the phone starts ordinarily after the flash.

Why brick the phone (Nokia C7), if i replace a entry with a another nvg-file?

Sorry for my bad english!  :(

Thank you for the answer!  8)

I edited the browser (entry 539).

I have with SisContents start "S60 theme package" and opened the files series60skin.mif, series60skin.mbm and series60skin.skn. Then replaced the entry with "replace icon image" and then extract all the files. Is that correct?

Sorry for my bad english.  :'(  :(

If i extract a entry-image, for example the tools-folder, and view it with MIFRecognizer, than it isn't the tools-folder. It is a grey area. is this normally?
I don't know sorry, i'm not too good with themes.
