I have Nokia c7....I have selected the Release 111.30.609 but There are many varient....Which one should I choose??

Type *#0000# in your number dial pad. under it should find your product code. that's your variant. If you can see it just remove your battery and you should be able to see your product code.

use the Nokia firmware editor. For further info check the pc utilities section for Nokia firmware editor

First your variant code does not match exactly its similar about your variant code...
after downloading all your need files its total 8 files.
Download Nokia Cooker and download your mods which is you want to add in your firmware.
can you please tell me which mods u want to add in your firmware....
i saw your link which is you add in your above comment this is the Thread link.. and in this thread so many mods are available... what exactly mod you want....
give the details... and download the phoenix also. for flashing your phone...

Open the file with rofs2 file with nokia cooker and add mods using the above tutorial link.

No you don't need to connect your phone... only Firmware files are need for do this... follow the tutorial and add your mod... in your firmware files... if feel any problem ask here.. we all here for helping you.

Flashing has been successfully Done....But after rebooting My every setting will change or wallpaper/ringtone may change??????

If your device successfully flashed then you have to Belle now... and your all settings and wallpaper has been changed and ringtone too.. but you can choose your own Ringtone and wallpaper and setting too.

Thanks For helping.....My flashing is successfully been done :D But sad to sy that my all the Settings have been Changed and messages have been Deleted and applications too!!.. :(>

Answer your first Question :-
yes every time is the same when you flash your phone in any other Firmware or CFW. U need to back-up your all msgs and Contact too... and about the application there is no way to create application back... so you loose your all apps when you flash again....
Answer your Second Question:-
No... you can't do that.. n8 firmware is a different firmware its only for n8... and you did not use any other Firmware except for your Phones firmware in your phone.
and about the N8 firmware there is so many CFW available just like n8 firmware for the C7 users.
you can use that on your phone.
but every time before the flashing ...... just make your phones back-up first.
how to create back-up just open File manger then choose restore and backup option the click on back-up, in this option u have to option for select your personal back-ups which is you want to save in your phone... just like MSGs, Contacts, phone's home screen setting, and some other things...
and you can also set the schedule for the back-up every day, every week, every month or specific time.

its a awesome feature in belle... or previous Symbian^3 device too...

in navifirm u can find ur original firmware only but if want u use custom firmware in ur phone then in this forum currently power belle Rm-675available but u can find many cfw on the google ....and about the "how to use cfw" on ur phone its simple first download all files and flash ur phone with phoenix dead usb method.
