Well, doing more research again.
Found a link describing all the stock firmware versions. One thing I've learned, is that nobody in nokia likes 'zeroes' instead of calling belle 111.030.0609, they just call it 111.30.609.
http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Wiki/Nokia_firmware_change_logs.Question 7:
I think that I am going to stick with stock firmware for now, unless someone can recommend a good firmware that is easy to flash to from 11.5.
My cell phone region code is 059D159 (Hong Kong) with a disabled FM transmitter. I'd like to select a regional firmware that allows for it. And also has english as one of the stock languages. The less languages the better. Can anyone recommend a good non North America Firmware? I'm in Canada, so FM transmitters are not an issue for me...
And also a firmware that allows for a natural path upgrade to 20.7 Anna as per recommended previously in this thread. For now I'll keep it as 'stock' as possible. When I get more confident with flashing, maybe I'll find something better.
If I do use a custom firmware, it basically keeps everything stock, except for better functionality. I'm not a big fan of or require a different 'look'.
If anyone can recommend a Linux-style firmware, that is slim, robust and fast and more functional, I'll listen.
Thanks everybody.
