No more Navifirm. Now what?

I have a nokia n8, and I was having region issues, so I needed to reflash from Hongkong to Euro3.

Now that nokia has gotten navifirm, how do I find a copy of firmware that I want (Anna specifically)

I have the 11.005 Scandinave image for my n8, but how do I reliably flash it onto another region specific firmware.

I'm hoping that someone has a torrent of it up, but i'm thinking not.  For all the  phones and the types of variants that are out there that would be a huge torrent.....

NaviFirm still works; you just need the newest version.

rm-596 v25.007 EURO3 (175MB, All required files)
eMMC.fpsx (1.23GB, Optional)

Follow this tutorial by Upakul to downgrade ;)
Just use Dead phone USB flashing with Refurbish when you flash.
