Symbian phones already support JAVA apps. No special trick is required  :)

I know it is supported, but after installation and open the application does not work

Then it must be the problem with the app. Try to use .jar file instead of .jad or vice versa

use ebuddy .sis file ! Its made for s^4. Dont use java for that
