Title: help phone keep rotate after camera use

can someone please be so kind and help me. after i used the camera the phones rotates when writing. the sen sensor settings have all be turned off. i reboot the phone but have the same trouble. can anyone please tell me why the phone is doing this and how to fix this trouble. many thanks in advace for your time and help ;)
