Did you try uninstalling them?
i would recommend uninstalling Microsoft Office. Nokia Suite will download it (if you have enabled automatic download of software) and there will be an option for installation on E:\ found in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Nokia\Nokia Suite\NOSSU2\applications\MicrosoftApps.2.1.5616.e.sis
Use that to save 40MB on C:\
You can also do a lot to free up space after hacking your phone. If you do this, you can free up quite a bit of space.
1. Hack your device
2. Delete your FOTA cache
3. Use apps to clean up unnecessary components
4. If you feel brave, you can delete unneeded language resources

Here is the Microsoft Apps to E:\ installer and another unavailable and unheralded update of significance: WLAN drivers by Nokia Beta Labs.
