Title: 808 FP2, 3G Network Compatability fix OTA

Thanks to Peter-h for notifying

Maybe it will help fix some of the huge 3G issues that the 808 Pureview has

3kb update o_O maybe they updated some library

Yes, it has being confirmed on a 808 and 700 so I guess the 603 will be fine.
