Just want to say awesome firmware. I've been thinking for a few weeks to flash my phone but today was the last straw when something took all my ram and I was down to 5mb. This was my first flash and it was simple and fast. Highly suggest this, wish I did it sooner!

Is there a way to reinstall Photo editor? I have few issues with it (like frames shows 'none'). Can any one help? Otherwise excellent firmware.. +1 for sharing :) thanks..

Sorry, I'm not the creator and the creator of this fw, said that he'll only add Italian and english. Well you can check the tutorial.
Note: I'm just sharing here, i'll try to help if it's within my knowledge.

Well I'm sorry to hear about the problem. May be you can try contacting the author through facebook. you can search their page by 'Symbian 4 xeon'. They should be able to help.

there is cant install josblog patch or one click patch for Belle refresh.. i see that +system+ icon and want to load *.mif files from "E" but cant work?
my phone also hard to read "USB" Nokia suite,after flash with this new CFW xeon (3.4.6) not like xeon (3.4.2) i use before?

click the blue system icon and you go through it, you'll have the option to load mif files from it.

Quick question... I just got my n8 a week ago, installed xeon 3.4.6 almost immediately. I'm quite new to the symbian cfw scene, coming from android. How would I go about upgrading to 3.4.7? Clean flash? and what would be the best/fastest way to backup/restore my apps and settings from 3.4.6?

Software update without the uda file should be fine and you won't lose any of your apps or settings..;) btw i request you to use 3.4.6 itself as you'll be getting more update soon :P

i tired copy,moved even delete that *.mif file..
i mean want to change that battre icon (avkon2.mif) and boot up screen (splashscreen.mif) but now so hard to put it in E..
even it can,there is nothing change..(same like before) now update xeon 3.4.7 also same problem..

lol, u did a wrong that system icon is to enable the chrish patch as it will copy all the mif files from z, so if you need to change the avkon.mif, first rename aknicon.dll in c sys bin to someother name, restart ur mobile, put ur avkon in e resource apps and rename the dll file back to aknicon.dll and restart ur mobile.

splashscreen is ok now,but when i change that avkon.mif to new mif file (avkon2.mif) phone auto restart,lost call icon on bottom bar and lost battre icon..
do i did wrong again mate?

you're renaming the wrong file. you need to rename aknicon.dll which is in c\sys\bin and not the avkon.mif file.

Sorry, but this is my first flash so i am a little apprehensive. What 7zip archives do i need? i was able to download the R3 file, but i cannot get the core or R2 archive... Do i really need a facebook login to get these files?

can you tell me if it is possible and how to remove the forecast by xenon-based refresh? prefrerisco this cwf a delight (essentially a matter of aesthetics, but I like more ') for my n8 but the weather for the traditional guide does not work, even if in part .. there part and I found and deleted all the files indicated in the guide .. thanks ???

What exactly is the aesthetic diffrence between Delight and Xeon?
You can replace/revert all .mif files via Delight App, use all theme effects you want and nobody forces you to use the Delight theme (it's not even enabled by default).

are many small things, such as the menu backgorund with a network and dark colors and images at the beginning but it is only and only a matter of gusti..forse am a woman and I find it more 'femminile..no I can tell you. in substance, such as speed and responsiveness I find them basically the same livello..per battery life better delight, but they have a life more 'acceptable even with questo..per the rest are both great .. why do you ask?
