Among removed apps are both Facebook HD Browser
My paid purchase of the Google HD browser has also disappeared from my Nokia account (I have not purchased the Facebook HD browser, but I assume it is the same case with that), so if I would need to download it again for any reason whatsoever, it is not possible.
If you buy an app,you can download the app for 10 times regardless which device you use. After you use up all your quota then you need to buy again. If for some reason you need to buy again then lodge official complain with nokia store or ask for refund.

Not once did I download the app after the time when I installed it. I had it in my profile/downloads for some days, but when Google HD Browser disappeared from the store, so did also the App from my downloads. From what I understand, the same has happened to others that have purchased either the Facebook HD Browser or the Google HD Browser.

I asked koonooz again about the disappearance of these apps, and from what I understand is that he did not get any information about them disappearing, he just noticed it himself and tried to contact Nokia about that but has not received any reply.

My guess is that what has been removed, stays removed and any complain in the matter (as a Nokia customer) is in vain; they will not bother to reply concerning something that has been ended (and with this I mean anything Symbian).

The Nokia Store is acting strangely nowadays, anyway (while using the Store App on the phone); if I search for something, I get the results, but cannot click on them as the circle/ "hourglass" does not go away as it normally should when the search is finished. So this results in that the "search" goes on forever even if all the search results are already there.
So that's not just me!? This keeps happening to the E6 and i have been refurbishing the UDA to get it to work again >:(
For me, the Nokia Store client won't open - i just get the loading screen until i eventually have to use an app to kill the process manually; it won't close with the Task Manager.

This is not about symbian. If you purchase app from nokia store they will send you a receipt.Claim for refund using the receipt. It is useless to pursue developers about this issue as they have no control on transaction.
As for disappearing app,you should ask for answer on why the purchased is missing from download.Even if the app is remove from nokia store,it will still be available for download from download section unless the developers them self also request the app also be remove from users download history

Doesn't it sound odd, that there are several of us here that have experienced the disappearance of a paid app in our download history and at least from what it seems from the discussions with the developer is that he has not requested their removal and that he is genuinely surprised and in a way in a bitter feeling because of Nokia's actions in this matter, especially when Nokia is not even responding to the contact attempts made by the developer?

As per the replies here I understand that the purchases should not disappear from the download history without a trace and without a (valid) reason and in this case it appears that the developer has not himself asked to remove those apps?

I think the reply is just late as they still investigating.I already contact nokia developer support for more than a dozen of times before and they always reply back except once which i think they forgot to reply. From my experience, nokia developer support is top notch among all as they even send a confirmation reply that my issue is still being investigated although some of the reply is two weeks or more late which i believe due to time to investigate my issue.I think most of the developers would agree with me  ::)
