Title: [MOD] Theme effects from E:\ for Anna

The credit for the original mod goes to iExtraX7 (http://forum.dailymobile.net/index.php?topic=58594.0).
This mod simply adapts it for Anna.
Use this to run custom theme effects from E:\Effects\
Finally working smoothly; tested on v25/E6
