Follow the installation procedure as outlined in the first post above. This worked in my N8 with Belle Refresh Xeon mod (111.040.1511). If the effects package.sis file doesn't work just install the extracted base package files in correct folders to your phone c:\ drive. I think its in C:\resource\effects\manifest.mf ;and c:\resource\skins\101f84b9\101f84b9.sel. While the other file in c:\sys\bin\aknskinsrv.dll

This only works in hacked phone that is why you can manipulate the phone c: drive as you please with ease. Another thing, no need to delete the sis file inorder to go back to phone original effects, just copy the original effects prior application of this mod and save somewhere in your phone file folder.
In fact I have in my phone custom effects of wonderful modders by blackdare, andresenlsbr, totarefresh,fp2 original effects, jinhao, seon-belle, slidemania, smoothshell. I just change E:\effects whenever Im fed up with a particular effects in use.
