But hey, it really worked!
Couldn't confirm it with the framerate yet (due to limited framerate of the RealPlayer), but it worked with an other adjustment i did.
The changed source code turned out to be valid!
Thanks for all the help and patience to explain how to make adjustments in a hacked symbian OS. I now understand much, much better!
By the way, now that I am "Master of C5-03"
, does there exist some kind of list with usefull adjustments that are worth doing in a hacked S60 V5 device? For example I'm quite annoyed by the reoccuring warning "not to set the volume too high for too long to prevent ear damage" or the reoccuring information, that i "pluged in the Headset" and so on ... I would like to disable those messages. Furthermore mute the camera sound, maybe even erase the preinstalled "quick office" and other useless apps ...
It would be interesting to have a list with usefull adjustments and the corresponding files (and location of that files) I need to edit, just like i did with the z:/private/10202be9/10283344.txt
(If such a list exists ...)
Or modified files (patches) that are just needed to copy into C:.
Sorry for the spam
, but I'm so excited!
But I would appreciate it if the questions i asked in the posts before are still answered ...
Best Regards!
