C6-00 touch screen Problem

Hello friends,

Since last few days my nokia C6-00 touch screen has created hell for me.. Its bottom section is not working correctly. I did calbration, reset, hard reset.. almost everything suggested on internet. this problem started after sw update from v40to v41..
If any one of you have faced this prob?? Or any knowledge abt this type of prob?
Help me guys..

take it to a nokia care center it will be a hardware problem .

Allstar did u also face this problem or know about it? Because my mobile is not in warranty, so I want tip check all the possible solutions before taking it to Nokia care... If firmware update can solve this?

no ive never had it myself but i guess flashing the phone to v42 firmware could fix it ,not  using nsu.

Yaa, even I was thinking of flashing it. However, v42 is not officially released. I saw it on navifirm. I don't have any idea about it, whether it is stable or not..

Thanks allstar..
However, V42 is not yet available for India...
Today, I reinstalled V41 but of no help.. it didnt made my screen work.. So, it seems it's a hardware issue.. But still not sure..
